Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 4–5 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 6–8 business days from the date your order is placed. Delivery times may vary.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Multiple Packages

Some products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations. As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately. You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order is divided into multiple packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to change the address or cancel the shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed, Lost or Stolen Packages

Furrnobi is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, ask household members or neighbours, and contact the shipping carrier.
